APPEAL

I request Hon’ble Minister of State for Home, Shri Nisith Pramanik and the Assam State Government to look into the issue of deprivation of the facility of Aadhar Card for more than 27 lakh individuals in Assam. Issuance of Aadhar Card remains suspended for these applicants, most of whom are from Bengali community. Aadhar Card is required for most of the essential activities of our society like admission to academic institutions, various licenses, bank operations etc. In fact, Aadhar Card is required on a daily basis at present. This is a discrimination against Bengali community.

The condition of nineteen (19) lakh people, who acquired the status of ‘Persona Non Grata’ due to their non-inclusion in the National Register for Citizens (NRC), is very pathetic. Their lives are full of sufferings. This situation is against the basic spirit and foundation of our nation. We request your good offices to take up both the issues with the concerned authorities for a permanent resolution.

Bengalis are harassed in various states of NE India such as Meghalaya. Please take corrective actions.

I also propose sealing of the international Indo-Bangladesh border with increased effectiveness. Twenty-four hours vigil may be kept with drones along with increased deployment of armed forces all along the border including river-ways for stopping all kinds of illegal infiltrations as well as supply of drugs, contraband etc.

Indian Elections and ALH Dhruv.
It appears that Indian politicians do not like Helicopters manufactured in India. While watching election news in TV, ALH Dhruv was not seen at all. Perhaps, this is because, ALH Dhruv is not available in adequate numbers for civilian use.
HAL needs to increase the manufacturing capacity of Helicopters. New Indian Government must ensure export of at least ten helicopters per year. This will prove their worthiness with respect to their competitors. This will also generate fund for further development of the Helicopter. The import content of ALH Dhruv has to be zero percent. This makes the Helicopter more reliable in the event of war.
The new Union Government in Delhi must insist for immediate IOC for LCH. It must also sanction fund for development of Medium Capacity Helicopter (MCH).

The above makes India centre for Helicopter manufacturing.

Appeal for Activating Alternate System of Governance.

Indian democracy has lot of flexibility and built-in standby provisions. At this hour of crisis, due to allegations of corruption on almost all political leaders of both ruling as well as opposition parties, alternative centres of active governance must emerge. The public at large is expecting that such additional / standby centres of governance will be more active for improving the quality of governance of the nation.
The standby provisions that the Indian constitution provides is that of President, Vice President, Governors etc. Since independence, it is the first time that most of the government machinery including such offices as PMO along with the PM himself has been charged with allegations of corruption. PM himself has said sorry to the nation but then almost every day some new incidence of corruption comes to light.
Under such circumstances, the President and Vice President of India and the Governors of states must become more active by participation and improvement of the quality of governance. This should be an equivalent to the military coups that regularly happen in less cultured countries. At present, due to the involvement of very rich and very influential persons, additional centres of power are required to overcome the obstacles likely to be created by these gangs of corrupt persons.
It is also very important to bring back the black money into the national economy for faster development of the much needed infrastructure. If Bihar government can confiscate properties and assets of persons earned by corrupt means, the same should be done by other governments also.
President and Vice President of India, Governors / Lt. Governors of states / Union Territories must contribute in improving the governance of the nation / states. The nation needs the extra contribution by President and Governors at this present time of crisis as too many super rich and highly influential persons have been charged for corrupt acts involving astronomically high amounts of money. Huge obstacles are likely to be created by such corrupt persons to prevent proper investigation and prosecution.
The responsibilities of President, Vice President, Lieutenant General of Delhi and Governors of Tamilnadu and Maharashtra are more pronounced because so many acts of corruption occurred at locations where they are appointed and located. Lieutenant Governor of Delhi must act against all politicians and officials, who shamed the country in front of world audience during organisaton of Commonwealth Games by their acts of omissions and corruption. Most of the state and central political leaders are either party to it or failed in their responsibilities to prevent such corrupt actions. The governors of Tamilnadu and Maharashtra also must act independently to eliminate corruption from the society. There is every reason to impose President’s rule in Tamilnadu due to indulgence of so many members of ruling party in corrupt acts.
Unless President / Vice President of India and Governors of all states contribute in such acts like improving the quality of governance, fight against graft and punish the corrupt persons during the present crisis, their offices must be downgraded. There is no need to spend huge amounts of public money on them.
I appeal to the President and Vice President of India, Lieutenant Governors and Governors of states to help in elimination of corruption from the society and improve the quality of the governance of the nation.

Successful Testing of LCA at Jamanagar

Successful testing of the LCA is a thrilling news for all Indians. Now, we must expedite all balance testings and try to prepone the date of induction of the LCA in IAF.
There must be a national vigil against foreign agents sabotaging the efforts of induction of the LCA. Most regretfully, as usual the ruling as well as the opposition party political leaders remain indifferent to the issue.
The induction of LCA in IAF will contribute substantially to Indian economy.
We must now provide more thrust in the development of variants of LCA and the MRCA. In the long run, the LCA has to be hundred percent indigenous.
